Cis/cisgender

Although this term does not specifically belong to our story, you may see the phrase cis appear before man/men or woman/women. This signifies that they identify with the gender they were assigned at birth.

Consort:  

The name given to the smaller symbiotic parasite present in cis men after merging, as denominated by Dr. John Milton. This is also used to describe merged men in the same way that Taliones is used to describe women.

Queen:

The name given to the symbiotic parasite present in cis women after merging, as denominated by Dr. John Milton.

LT1:

The designation applied to the newly discovered hormone. Acronym for Lex Talionis 1.

LT1i:  

The designation applied to the newly discovered hormone variant. Acronym for Lex Talionis 1i.

Taliones:  

The denomination Dr. John Milton assigned to merged cis women. Pronounced Tal-EE-oh-NEES.
